We will never sell or give your e-mail address (or any other information about you) to anyone else without your permission. Period. We created this policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.

And though it's necessary to provide shipping information to manufacturers who will be sending your order to you, we've required each one to sign an agreement which states that the customer's name and information must remain confidential between salonequipmentsworld.com and the manufacturer.

Many products ordered from Salon Equipment World are shipped directly from the company that manufactures the product, so if you order more than one item, each may arrive in a separate package. However, your single order will reflect the total cost, including shipping, regardless of the number of items you buy.

International shipments are subject to duties, taxes, broker fees, and customs fees in your country. These extra fees are your responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your local government determines the duty and customs charges.

Paying for your order

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Novus/Discover. We accept direct deposit and wire transfers if you call in and place your order. We also accept Paypal orders on a majority of our products. Financing is available through our financing partner Affirm.

Shipping Rates & Policies

All shipments are delivered standard curbside delivery unless delivery upgrade service is selected. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. Please provide a valid street address with each order (we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes).  Shipping costs are listed beside each product. If there is no price, please call to get a quote.

How Fast Will You Receive An Order

All orders are processed between 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped within 72 hours, unless otherwise noted. Please see Shipping Information for delivery and shipping policies.

Out-of-Stock Products

Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally run out of particular items. If the item you've ordered is unavailable, we'll notify you within 24 hours of the eta, and you can decide to either wait for the backorder or cancel the order.

Easy Returns

Please call +1-888-501-5988 with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an RMA number and a packing list for any item within 30 days of purchase. If you send your return before contacting us without a RMA number, the return will be refused.
We will call up the shipper that provided the original shipping to arrange the pickup. 
Include the packing list and your RMA # inside of your return shipment with the item(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and requested information with the package.
Securely tape/wrap package/pallet and mark with the appropriate paperwork and return shipping address.
