Payments

  • Payment Methods we accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. We also accept direct deposit or a wire transfer, but you must call in to place your order. 
  • Credit and debit cards are subject to address verification by your financial institution. If your order is suspected as fraudulent by Shopify, we will request to see a copy of your driver's license with your current billing address. 
  • If you have an error message after submitting your credit card information, please check to make sure that following information is correct : name on the card, billing address, card number, card type, and the card expiration date
  • If you are still experiencing problems, please call your card issuing bank for details. 
  • Financing options are available via our financing partner Affirm. While 0% APR financing is possible, your interest rate is determined solely through Affirm and your individual credit score. 
  • We remind you that if you shop at salonequipmentsworld.com your personal and financial information is safe and secure.

     

    Sales Tax

    For all Texas residents, sale tax is 8.25% for any products that must ship from another Texas warehouse. 

     

    Returns & Exchanges

    • All returns must be authorized beforehand by Salon Equipment World. For authorization, please email us your request and any related photos or videos, and one of our Service Representatives will contact you for further assistance.
    • Once the returned merchandise has been received, a refund and/or credit will be processed within seven business days. 
    • New, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund, minus the shipping charges, if they are sent back to the origin address within 30 days of delivery. Returned products without original packaging will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%.
    • After 30 days from the delivery date, no return requests will be accepted, regardless of the reason or condition of the product. 
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and Salon Equipment World is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the return process.
    • All returned products will be subject to inspection. If upon inspection, Salon Equipment World discovers damages due to improper packaging or customer misuse, then additional fees may be imposed.

    How to get your RMA number:

    Send us an email, stating that you have read our return policy to amber.l@osakititan.com. You can call us to expedite this process at 469-557-8581. 

    Once you have confirmed the return address, you can choose to purchase shipping labels directly from a shipping carrier, or we can quote you and provide the shipping documents (BOL), labels, and instructions. Customers will be responsible for both, the original delivery and the return shipping charges.

    Please follow the instructions to have your item returned back to us for a refund.

    Include the packing list and the RMA number inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and requested information with the package. Tape box securely and mark with appropriate shipping address.

    Email or call us back with the tracking number for your return shipment.

    Product/merchandise should be insured for the possibility of damage/getting lost, but if not, then you will be responsible for any damaged/lost items.
