This FreshAire unit provides high-efficiency heat recovery in a compact, affordable package to service up to 8 stations.
The unit uses a robust, water-washable polypropylene core that can withstand a wide range of environmental conditions.
Fresh air and Energy Efficient..It handles both exhaust and fresh airstreams while also moderating temperature extremes and humidity both in summer and winter. It also removes formaldehyde and other nail salon chemical pollutants at the source.

What to consider before purchasing:
1. Generally, 4-6 weeks lead-time from time of order.
2. Although we can provide general technical guidance, customer is responsible for their own technical design and installation by an engineering or installation professional.
3. Shipping costs will vary depending on location.
4. Tables and chairs need to be compatible with our system. That means that the table or chair requires a 4" diameter chase, pipe, or duct inside to connect our system.
5. Our system is easy to install. It requires two penetrations thru the exterior wall or roof (at least 10’ apart) of your salon to exhaust contaminated air and provide fresh outdoor air.
6. Check your local code, but in general, exhausts and intakes are required to be at least 10' apart. There may be other separation requirements from window, doors, sidewalks that your local inspector or design professional will know.

9. Our system is easy to install when installed by a licensed HVAC subcontractor.
10. The size of ductwork can vary depending on your salon size, length of duct run and other factors. Generally speaking, 8-Station units 8"-10" DIA ducts.
11. Our ventilation unit can be hung above a drop ceiling or placed in a mechanical closet.
12. Our system works with your compatible table to exhaust contaminated air at 50cfm/station and supply fresh air at 50cfm/station to comply with the IMC.
13. Our system brings in fresh air to balance out the amount of contaminated air that is being exhausted, which is also a requirement of the IMC.
14. Our system is not an air conditioner. But it does precondition the incoming air making it energy efficient so that your building HVAC works less to bring it to proper temperature. Depending on how many stations are present, supplemental heating or air conditioning may be required. Please consult your design professional.
15. All equipment is UL listed.
16. The ERV and Booster fan can be wired to turn on and off at the same time with a toggle switch, or a programmable timer.
17. Our system is design to work independently of your existing HVAC system.
